How do I book a unit at Eren Homestay?
Book directly on Airbnb using the link on each unit page. For weekly or monthly stays, or if your dates look unavailable, message us on Facebook Messenger or call or text 0945 572 4256 and we will help you find a unit.
How much does a night cost?
Nightly rates start at around ₱1,000 for a Deluxe Studio and ₱1,200 for a Symphony Suite (as of October 2026). The final price for your dates is always shown on Airbnb. Special rates are available for weekly and monthly bookings.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rates?
Yes. Eren Homestay was designed for comfortable long-term stays, and several units allow 28-night-plus bookings on Airbnb. Message us for a quote on extended stays.
What time is check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM (Symphony Suite 3: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM) and checkout is before 12:00 PM. Self check-in instructions are sent before you arrive.
Can I cook in the unit?
Yes. Every unit has a kitchenette with an electric kettle, electric stove, rice cooker and basic utensils. Please clean the cooking area and utensils after use.
Is there parking?
Yes, free on-site parking for cars and motorcycles, subject to availability.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
How do I get to Eren Homestay?
We are in Upper Hinaplanon, about 10 to 15 minutes from the Iligan city proper. The easiest way is to book a Grab or JoyRide and search for "Eren Homestay". The last stretch is a steep uphill road, so a motorcycle taxi, your own vehicle or a ride-hailing car is recommended over walking.
Is the road really steep?
Yes, honestly. The access road climbs sharply and part of the driveway is still being finished. Vehicles manage it fine; guests with mobility needs should plan to be dropped off at the door. We would rather you know before you arrive.
How far is the airport?
Laguindingan Airport (CGY) is about 65 km away, roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by van or private car. Shuttle vans to Iligan leave from outside the terminal.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the units.
Can I have visitors?
Visitors are welcome during the day, but only registered guests may stay overnight.
Are there quiet hours or a curfew?
There is no curfew. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and avoid parties, karaoke or loud noise so every guest can rest.
