Jaime's Lechon
Founded by Jaime Abitago in 1965 and still the name Iliganons say first when you ask about lechon. The pig is stuffed with lemongrass, native herbs and spices, so the meat is fragrant and the skin shatters. It took Best Tasting Lechon at the city's Indigay sa Lechon in 2022.
